The role of a Guest Service Agent is integral to our Front Office operations, requiring exceptional service skills in order to meet the expectations of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Interaction: Welcome and assist guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
* Billing and Reservations: Ensure accurate billing details and manage guest reservations with precision.
* Request Fulfillment: Prioritize and address special requests from guests, guaranteeing their needs are met upon arrival.
* Cash Handling: Process cash payments and handle currency exchanges efficiently and securely.
* Information Provision: Stay up-to-date on hotel services, events, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
Talent Profile
* Education: Preference given to candidates with tertiary education.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build positive relationships with guests.
* Hotel Experience: Previous experience working in similar roles at luxury hotels or resorts is desirable.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is necessary.
* Communication: Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Working Rights: Valid working rights in Australia are required.
