Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct specialist assessments and deliver comprehensive physiotherapy care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Apply advanced knowledge of 24-hour postural management in both sitting and lying positions to promote comfort and symmetry.
* Provide evidence-based treatment and ongoing management to ensure high-quality care outcomes.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualised care plans.
* Ensure all work meets HCPC professional standards, demonstrating excellence in ethical and clinical practice.
Requirements:
* HCPC registered physiotherapist.
* Valid UK driving licence (essential for community-based visits).
