The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a part-time Senior Member Service Officer, to work 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day) at our Port Adelaide service centre.
You'll be joining a single person branch who are focussed on providing our members with a consistently professional and friendly service experience. The key aspects of your new role include:
* Delivering efficient and professional service through the Service and Contact Centre channels
* Assisting with enquiries and providing information relating to all product and service offerings including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards and personal loan
* Creating opportunities to provide a total solution for our members' financial needs
* Efficiently processing members' cash and non-cash transactions
* Associated administrative tasks including maintaining accurate and timely member records in various systems
* Providing administration support to our Relationship Managers regarding loan applications
