An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join a leading national retail business undergoing a significant transformation. Supporting a high-performing Property team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and streamlined processes across a growing portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within commercial property and retail leasing, while working closely with senior leadership in a high-visibility role.

The Role

As the central coordination point for the Property function, you will support Leasing and Portfolio Managers by ensuring accurate data, effective processes, and timely reporting. This role is instrumental in enabling the team to focus on strategic outcomes while you drive operational excellence behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for internal queries relating to lease data, deal progress, and portfolio information
* Maintain and ensure the accuracy of property systems and databases (including lease management platforms)
* Support the implementation of new processes, templates, and operational frameworks
* Prepare reporting packs, portfolio insights, and target lists for internal and landlord reviews
* Track leasing activity, including deal flow, milestones, and key performance metrics
* Develop dashboards, reports, and data tables to support decision-making
* Coordinate workflows across Property, Legal, Finance, and Development teams
* Ensure portfolio updates (renewals, closures, ownership changes) are accurately reflected across systems
* Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, structure, and governance

About You

* Experience in property, leasing, portfolio coordination, or operations support
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs essential; pivot tables advantageous)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and driving efficiencies
* Comfortable working in a high-trust environment supporting senior leadership
