About the Role - Assistant Manager Brighton Boutique
Stepping into one of our top‑performing boutiques, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations and the driving force behind an unforgettable client experience. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity in a stylish, high‑energy environment that merges artistic retail vision with commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in all aspects of boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining the boutique's curated aesthetic.
- Lead, inspire and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional personalized service-befitting our luxury retail identity.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand, providing styling advice, building client relationships, and driving repeat, loyal customers.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs and assist in achieving financial targets while maintaining store standards and budget.
- Collaborate with head office on inventory management, stock replenishment, promotions, and new collection launches.
- Uphold and communicate brand values and boutique ambience-ensuring every detail, from product placement to client interactions, echoes our aspirational brand world.

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail-ideally with some supervisory or assistant managerial exposure.

- Strong leadership ability: empathetic, confident, and energizing-you elevate your team's performance.
- Customer-obsessed-you understand the power of detail, connection, and how to deliver a memorable shopping journey. Last but not least, impeccable presentation, grace under pressure, and genuine enthusiasm for brand luxury are non-negotiable.
