About the opportunity
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead the marketing function - driving strategy, campaigns, and performance across all digital channels to support business growth.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll combine creativity and data-driven insight to deliver engaging campaigns that boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
You'll also lead and develop a small, committed team of three and work closely with external partners, including a paid search agency. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape and grow the function.
Key priorities:
* Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align initiatives, maintain quality, and achieve shared goals.
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across channels, overseeing creative direction, timelines, and performance to drive brand and business outcomes.
* Manage and optimise email marketing and automation to improve engagement, segmentation, and conversion results.
* Oversee website content and digital assets to ensure a cohesive, on-brand, and user-friendly online presence.
* Monitor performance and market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
About you
You're a hands-on, strategic marketer who thrives on achieving measurable results. You balance creativity with analytics and enjoy leading a team while staying involved in day-to-day delivery. You're confident in influencing stakeholders, guiding priorities, and building alignment across teams to deliver effective marketing outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and team leadership.
* Proficient in ActiveCampaign or similar email automation platforms. Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO and agency collaboration.
* Skilled in analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta, email dashboards).
* Strong creative judgement and experience overseeing design, copy, and content creation.
* Working knowledge of website management (WordPress preferred).
* Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
