General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the cinema location, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
* Maintain strong relationships with film programmers to schedule movie sessions effectively.
* Establish effective interdepartmental communication, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive a cohesive culture.
The General Manager will oversee the location's presentation and cleanliness, manage repairs and maintenance, and maintain the asset register. They will also be responsible for workforce planning, performance management, and motivating team members to achieve service standards.
Additionally, they will provide overall leadership, supporting Assistant Managers, Duty Managers, and team members through recruitment, induction, training, and performance management.
