Ideal candidates will have:
* Professional registration: Registered as a psychologist, social worker, or counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
* Counselling expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling.
* Clinical skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
* Communication experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.
* Organizational skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Technical proficiency: Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
