We're on the lookout for someone organised, reliable, and ready to dive into the world of radio As one of our Radio Traffic Schedules Coordinators, you'll help keep our stations running smoothly by making sure ads, promos, and programs are scheduled just right.
What you'll be doing
* Putting together daily schedules for what goes to air
* Booking in commercials, sponsorships, and promos
* Keeping an eye on inventory and fixing any clashes
* Tidying up logs after broadcast and assisting with billing
* Ensuring advertiser instructions are followed
This role will suit you if you have
* Have a good eye for detail and solid time management
* Friendly communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence using computers and learning new systems
* A cool head under pressure — deadlines are part of the gig
As part of a fun, supportive, down-to-earth team of traffic coordinators that love what they do, you'll work with our sales, production, and programming teams at stations across New South Wales and Queensland.
Experience in media, admin or data entry will be an advantage but if you're currently in another industry and seeking a change - let's talk
Full training will be provided, and you'll be heavily supported while you learn the ropes. This is a great position to get into radio and learn transferable skills to grow in the media world.
