We're growing (and evolving), and we're looking for a marketing all-rounder who loves content, lives on social media, and gets genuinely excited about great marketing.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role working across multiple client accounts. You'll be involved in everything from content creation and social media management to digital campaigns and creative support.
No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing and supporting digital marketing for client accounts
* Planning and scheduling social media content
* Creating engaging photo and video content for social media and websites
* Writing captions and website or marketing copy
* Assisting with campaign planning and execution
* Supporting small design or creative tasks using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Attending client content shoots and collaborating with the team
* Keeping up with trends, platform changes and new ideas
About You
We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding the right person for our team.
You might be perfect for this role if you:
* Have a genuine passion for marketing and social media
* Spend a lot of time on social platforms and understand what works (and why)
* Love creating content, whether professionally or just because you enjoy it
* Are confident shooting photo and video content (phone or camera)
* Have experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or LinkedIn
* Have some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or similar)
* Are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Communicate well and feel confident working with clients
* Bring ideas, energy and a positive attitude to the team
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in an agency environment
* Basic knowledge of paid social or digital ads
* Photography or videography experience
* A personal content portfolio or social presence
