Overview
We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Site Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-density townhouse projects. This role will see you take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
* Managing all structural, services and finishing stages of construction
* Coordinating and supervising secondary subcontractors
* Preparing and maintaining weekly work programmes
* Providing strong leadership and direction to site teams
* Chairing and contributing to weekly site management meetings
* Maintaining a safe work environment, including running toolbox talks and ensuring full compliance with OH&S processes
Your Background
* Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred)
* Proven experience delivering medium-density townhouse projects
* Strong background in subcontractor management and site supervision
* Sound understanding of construction sequencing and safety systems
* Demonstrated ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain project momentum
* Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with trades and subcontractors
