Description About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive State Operations Coordinator to join our Queensland team, reporting directly to the State CEO. This role is pivotal in supporting leadership in delivering outstanding outcomes across the network.
This is an on‐site role based in our Eagle Farm office. We are seeking someone who is available to work on a part‐time basis of 20 hours per week, with days and hours negotiable for the successful applicant.
In this role, you will:
* Provide high‐level executive support to the State CEO, including calendar management, prioritisation of correspondence and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate state business owner meetings and recognition programmes.
* Manage state communications, newsletters and social media content.
* Assist with state events, including set‐up, pack‐down and on‐site support.
* Maintain accurate databases, contact lists and systems to support the operational and administrative needs of the Queensland State Team.
* Deliver administrative support to the State Auctioneer and the wider Queensland State Team.

Skills and Experiences About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Experience in senior support, executive assistance or operations coordination roles.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‐management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to suit a range of stakeholders and audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
* Ability to multitask, work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
* Experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
* A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to high‐quality outcomes.
