**Job Title:** Training and Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Training and Quality Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, training, and team management.
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, as well as ensuring that all team members adhere to company standards and procedures.
The successful candidate will be able to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in internal and external calibrations.
In addition, they will be responsible for reducing learning curves and enhancing product/process knowledge among new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of QAs, Trainers, Quality Team Leaders, and Training Team Leaders
* Analyze data and create designated reports/decks
* Participate in internal and external calibrations
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance awareness and positive customer experience
* Make recommendations and drive improvement
* Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
* Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge among new joiners
