Job Opportunity: Supporting Women and Newborns in Midwifery
In this role, you will provide exceptional postnatal care to women and newborns in a collaborative team environment at Maitland Hospital. Your support will include breastfeeding assistance, observations, and assisting with birth unit activities such as restocking and data entry into maternity systems.
This casual position is ideal for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Midwifery program at University of Newcastle, seeking hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

About the Role:
* Provide high-quality postnatal care, including breastfeeding support and observations.

Requirements:
* Enrolled in the Bachelor of Midwifery program at University of Newcastle, preferably in second year or third year.
* Currently enrolled or successfully completed Midwifery Practice & Woman with Complex Care Needs A-MIDI 2105.
