Administrative Support Role
This position involves being the first point of contact for patients, receiving and managing incoming phone calls, and dealing with patient queries and requests.
Key responsibilities include processing telephone and in-person requests, maintaining practice booking systems, updating patient health records, and processing prescription requests.
Qualifications and Experience
* GCSE level education or equivalent
* Maths and English GCSE (C or above)
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and empathy in distressing situations
* Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with working hours
Supporting practice staff with general tasks and administrative duties is also required.
Applicants should have a strong background in administration, preferably with experience in working with the public and healthcare systems.
