**Your new role**
- Effectively managing, maintaining and servicing a portfolio of Corporate clients
- Assisting in the management of large Corporate accounts
- Working closely with company CEO, Senior team member, experienced claims team, as well as new and existing clients
- Identifying and suggesting suitable products, services and upgrades to clients
- Managing service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims
- Managing client and underwriter expectations and leveraging networks to obtain ideal outcomes
- Maintain a high level of customer service to clients at all times
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian Tier 1 Broker accreditation is essential
- Exceptional experience as an Account Manager/Broker handling Corporate policies and complex cases
- Put the client first - You will need to have the ability to build and utilise networks to our clients' advantage
- Excellent Australian product knowledge, commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a team or independently
- Work hard, play hard approach is highly desirable
- Excellent all-round communication and analytical skills
