Job Description
We are now seeking experienced New Car Sales Executives ready to take their career to the next level in a high-performing, structured, and road-to-a-sale driven environment.
About the Role
* Follow our proven Road to a Sale process from greeting to delivery.
* Manage enquiries with speed and professionalism, both online and in-person.
* Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and present tailored vehicle solutions.
* Upsell finance, warranty, and aftermarket products to maximise every opportunity.
* Complete accurate CRM documentation for every interaction.
* Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring an exceptional handover experience.
* Maintain deep product knowledge across a wide variety of prestige brands.
Qualifications
* Currently a New Car Executive or experienced prestige sales professional.
* Process-driven with proven success following a structured sales approach.
* Strong closer with the ability to maximise every lead.
* Well-presented, professional, and confident in building rapport quickly.
* Competitive and results-oriented, with a winning attitude.
* Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
* Full driver's licence.
