About the Role
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting service leaders and helping deliver flexible, person-centred care under programs like Home Assist Secure and the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
* Respond to client enquiries and coordinate service requests.
* Schedule maintenance work and manage contractor communications.
* Maintain accurate data and documentation in client systems.
* Support continuous improvement and service quality reviews.
* Assist with client intake, assessment, and case documentation.
* Promote home safety initiatives and build stakeholder relationships.
What You Bring
* A Certificate III (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience in scheduling, contractor coordination, and customer service.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems.
* A current Blue Card, Yellow Card, and National Police Certificate (or able to obtain).
* A valid driver's licence.
