Electrical Engineering Role
This electrical engineering role involves working on medium to large projects as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include leading design, development, modification and evaluation of electrical components and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plans and conducts independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of techniques.
* Leads a team of engineers and designers.
* Provides technical input for procurement requirements and reviews electrical aspects of evaluations.
* Develops conceptual designs for projects with specialized or unique requirements.
Requirements
A degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience are required. Current registration is also necessary.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Relevant work experience in FEED, proposal and detailed engineering preferably in industrial plants, power projects and utilities.
* Knowledge of systems, calculations, equipment, applications of methods, materials and computer applications within the Electrical engineering discipline.
