Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
* P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, managing budgets, COGS, and labor costs to maximize EBITDA.
* Business Development: Proactively identify new revenue streams, including high-end corporate partnerships, private events, and VIP catering.
* Yield Management: Optimize table turnover and average check size through strategic floor management and upselling programs.
* CRM Excellence: Leverage guest data to build a loyal "inner circle" of repeat high-net-worth clients.
