Due to company growth, several exciting opportunities have become available to join their team as a Hospitality Services Team Leader, with roles available in **Nowra, Culburra Beach, St Georges Basin and Milton.**

**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic, diverse role, leading the delivery of quality hospitality services including kitchen, laundry & cleaning within a busy aged care setting!
As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality workers to deliver nutritional meals at a high standard to residents, in line with food safety practices. This will include:
- Lead, mentor and develop hospitality Aged Care Employees (ACE) Levels 1-4 (including dual roles) consistent with their duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, ordering and overseeing the preparation of all meals (complying with resident dietary requirements) and light refreshments to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experience
- Ensure Food Safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements and ensure cleaning standards are met
- Ensure the management and delivery of Hospitality Services meets Aged Care quality standards and is in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members.
- Respond to information received from Food Safety authorities.
**What You'll Need**:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Hospitality or relevant Certificate IV qualification
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality and Food Safety Standards
- Proficiency in using computer systems and devices including Microsoft Office
- Must have current Class C drivers license
