Job details Role/s: 1 x EL1 Project Manager The Technology Services Division (TSD) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions.
The Project Manager, reporting to the Program Director, is responsible for planning and managing the ongoing delivery of the Payments Platform program.
Citizenship: As part of the eligibility and suitability requirements, the organisation seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only.
Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the pre-engagement check.
Key duties and responsibilities: Coordinate technical solution planning activities for new capabilities and features, involving specialty teams within TSD.
Develop the project schedule and maintain the TSD plan, balancing technical dependencies, business requirements, and other priorities.
Deliver all technical components of the project solution, working with internal teams to develop system and solution architectures, cybersecurity, and other aspects of technology delivery.
Manage delivery partner(s) for system implementation.
Represent the project in TSD ICT Change Management activities and release planning.
Ensure TSD technology standards are met, including cyber assessments, penetration testing, and Go/No-Go gates.
Apply Dev Ops principles to improve quality and reliability, such as release processes, automated regression testing, integration with TSD monitoring systems, and synthetic testing.
Actively manage project delivery using TSD's standard project management tools, including plans, risks, issues, and key decisions.
Publish weekly TSD status reports.
Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment with business and delivery partners.
Provide ICT delivery leadership, ensuring conformance to delivery methods.
Champion continuous improvement by leveraging deep ICT delivery experience.
