Airspace Operations Lead Role
Our organisation is embarking on a comprehensive modernisation of communications and surveillance equipment. As an Airspace Operations Lead, you will oversee the installation and maintenance operations, provide onsite support and manage client interactions.
* Collaborate with project teams and crews to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
* Conduct on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans
* Capture insights and update project systems to keep projects moving forward
* Work closely with Operations Centre in managing service requests and ensuring seamless integration
* Coach the Implementation and Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure their expertise in knowledge of the operating process and equipment functionality is compliant
About You:
* You're a technically skilled communicator with a passion for leadership and innovation.
* You possess a Diploma or higher in Radio, Communications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
* You have hands-on experience with communications network equipment, fibre, radio antenna systems, and DC power systems.
* You can uplift capability across teams and contractors.
* You're eligible to obtain Australian NV1 Security Clearance.
* You have solid Information Systems and computer literacy.
