* Food handling / safety knowledge
* Self-motivated and pro-active reliable cooperative team player
Tasks & responsibilities
* Trimming fat off meat cuts
* Working with fresh meat of various kinds (lamb, chicken, beef, pork)
* Preparing, wrapping and presenting prime cuts to a high visual standard
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team
