About the Role: A large federal government department is seeking a Compliance Case Manager to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on health-related case reviews, contributing to decisions that directly impact the wellbeing of clients.
You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing case information, liaising with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, and preparing clear reports and recommendations to support regulatory and compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Review and assess documentation to inform compliance and regulatory decisions.
Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and external professionals, to gather relevant information.
Draft clear and concise reports, recommendations, and correspondence within set timelines.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with case information.
Support team performance by managing multiple tasks and contributing to program objectives.
Skills and Experience: Experience in health, aged care, or social services environments, with strong understanding of compliance or administrative processes.
Ability to interpret legislation, policies, and guidelines to support administrative processes.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workloads.
High level of initiative, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
Experience in compliance, legal, or administrative decision-making is highly regarded.
Eligibility Requirements: Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Ability to obtain clearance to access sensitive information.
Proven track record in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters.
