Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Assess injured workers to determine the best way to help them return to work.
Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate on injury prevention.
Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, rehabilitation counsellors, physiotherapists, and psychologists.
Work in the community to assist individuals in engaging in meaningful occupations through a client-centred approach.
About You
The company is looking for:
Final year students in Clinical Exercise Physiology, or
Holders of an ESSA-accredited undergraduate degree in Exercise Science plus an accredited postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, or
Occupational Therapists registered with AHPRA, or
Physiotherapists registered with AHPRA, or
Rehabilitation Counsellors registered with ASORC or RCAA.
