Job Description
EY's Ballarat Service Delivery Centre offers an innovative delivery model within Australia, reducing risk for clients and increasing efficiency by standardizing repeatable processes. This opportunity allows you to work with EY project teams across Australia on large-scale client engagements while living regionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process supplier/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and received goods.
* Manage payments in accordance with the scheduled payment run and log received payments to appropriate accounts.
* Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, ensuring data integrity.
* Oversee and review daily Fund Valuations (NAV Prices) prepared by Fund Administrators before market release.
* Address Fund investor queries, collaborating with internal Account Managers and investor services teams.
* Assist in coordinating Financial Year-End activities for Australian Funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fund administration/Fund Operations or other Finance/Data-related roles.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
