Key Brand Positioning and Execution Role
This position is focused on developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading brand plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
1. Brand Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand messaging with overall company goals.
* Lead the creation of brand positioning statements, unique value propositions, and key messaging frameworks.
2. Campaign Execution and Management:
* Own the execution of campaigns across all relevant touchpoints, including social media, advertising, events, and content marketing.
* Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign delivery.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
* Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute brand strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Coach and develop direct reports to improve their skills and contribute to the team's success.
