You’ll process payroll, manage employee lifecycle changes, handle queries, produce reports and journals, and support compliance across multiple entities. This role suits someone with 2–3 years’ payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with awards, systems and deadlines — all within a global, fast‑paced retail brand offering great perks, development, and a vibrant Cremorne head office. Get excited to: Process payroll across 3 entities in Australia and 1 in New Zealand Onboard new starters as well as process employee changes and terminations Communicate payroll information to internal stakeholders Electronic filing and archiving of documents as required Other duties as reasonably directed THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU CAN OFFER US 2-3 years’ experience in a similar payroll role, ideally within retail Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification preferred, but not essential Knowledge of time & attendance practices, rostering principles, and payroll systems (experience with Humanforce and MicrOpay is preferred, but not essential) Exposure to NZ payroll and legislation is highly regarded An understanding of awards and award classifications, including the General Retail Industry Award.
