- We're looking for a **Clinical Services Manager **to join our **Camberwell Team**. You'll be part of a diverse, engaging and collaborative culture that is guided by our values of respect, responsibility, community and spirit.
**A typical day will have you**:
- Providing excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to each individual's needs, including undertaking resident and family consultation in regards to all clinical care
- Supporting the Residential Manager with the general management of the facility and step up and relieve the Residential Manager in their absence
- Responsible for up to date and accurate ACFI documentation to achieve desired organisational targets
- Overseeing quality management required to comply with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the facility's strategic business plan and annual budget
- Leading and developing a diverse team of staff in order to provide the highest quality of service and care to our residents
- Striving towards successful outcomes all clinical, quality, ACFI and business outcomes and KPIs
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Division 1 (RN) Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
- Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
- Ability to lead, mentor and support clinical staff effectively
- Demonstrated strength in continuous improvement and quality systems
- Critical thinking skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, advanced nursing or related discipline are highly desirable
