About the College: The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

Description: Reporting to the Special Projects Lead, the Coordinator will support and coordinate ongoing and new projects, including cross-directorate and cross-college initiatives, as well as committees.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize meetings (online and face-to-face), prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up actions.
Maintain project registers and documentation.
Coordinate communication with relevant audiences in collaboration with the Communications team.
Update and maintain website content related to projects.
Support committee activities, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Assist in preparing documents and proposals for committees, circulate for feedback, and consolidate responses.
Liaise with staff, stakeholders, and members to share and gather information relevant to projects.
Promote a respectful, collaborative, and professional team environment.
Support a safe, inclusive, and diverse workplace environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead and Executive Director.

Skills and Experiences:

Experience supporting projects and committees within a professional administrative setting.
Proficiency in facilitating online meetings via Zoom or similar platforms.
Excellent written communication skills, with experience in preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Attention to detail and initiative to improve procedures.
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Interest in women’s health and health education, with a positive attitude towards learning.
Alignment with RANZCOG’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
