Known for its vibrant atmosphere, spacious bistro, and a menu that's all about great value and flavour, Molly's is the perfect stage for a chef who loves to put their skills in the spotlight.What you can expect in a day in the roleAs a Head Chef, along with encouraging teamwork and a safe working environment, you will be responsible for leading:Day-to-Day operations of the KitchenLead the Kitchen team with daily, weekly, and monthly tasksFood preparation and menu planningMaintaining COGS, ordering, and inventoryRostering and budgetingTraining and development of current and current staffWhat you'll bring to the roleAs our Head Chef, you will bring a positive attitude and team approach to our kitchen.
