**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the General Manager Partner Solutions and working across the broader business, you will work with major customers, strategic partners and suppliers in designing, developing and delivering training and education to clients, internal staff and industry graduates and students.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Design, develop and deliver training and assessment programs**:
- **Continue to enhance the company Training Centre of excellence**:
- **Evolve training programs in-line with new product development and launches**:
- **Identify and implement program improvements**:
- **Work closely with external partners globally to manage training requirements**:
- **Grow a team of company trainers to support the network**:
- **Opportunity to cultivate new opportunities for the Training Centre**:
- **Create an online library of training and instructional modules for distribution**:
- **Work closely with vocational education partners**:
- **Thorough documentation of training modules**:
- **Opportunity to formalise an Accreditation program**
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **Supreme Communication Skills**:
- **Training & Assessment, Education and/or Product Management Background**:
- **Relationship Building and Networking Skills**:
- **HVAC, Controls or Allied Industry Experience Desirable**
