Donnelly Construction Group – Bathurst NSW
As the Accounts & Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth accounting and administration operations of Donnelly Construction Group. This position (24‑38 hours p/week) is based in Bathurst, NSW. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and contractual requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately process payroll, accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve billing and payment queries
- Maintain and update contract documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting and legal requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an accounts or contracts administrator, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using accounting software and office productivity tools
- A tertiary qualification in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable
