Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Learning Support Teacher to join our Student Learning Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with primary school teachers, students, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of primary school students.
The successful applicant will play a critical role in supporting the Learning Support team and liaising with primary school teachers to best suit individualised student learning needs, engagement, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of children and be committed to their growth in learning.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the Primary teacher liaison under the guidance of Head of Student Learning and Support to provide individualised interventions for students.
* Guide teachers and provide support in developing curriculum for the learning interventions to support students.
* Provide advice to Primary school teachers in managing student behavior of students with disability or special needs.
* Facilitate, guide Primary teachers and assist in documentation related to student learning progress and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety regulations.

Key Job Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in learning support or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in special education in students with disabilities, in an education or school setup.
* Participate in AIS relevant networks associated with the role.
* Demonstrated experience in communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to child safety, and technical & organisational skills.
