Pay and Conditions
Pay will be in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (MA000027). Rates will vary depending on age, classification level, and previous experience. We are committed to fair and transparent pay practices that reflect the skills and contributions of our team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, handle general enquiries, and manage appointment bookings.
* Process billings and payments accurately using medical software.
* Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Support the clinical team and assist with general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* High level of professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.
* Previous experience working in a medical practice or healthcare environment is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with Best Practice software is an advantage; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
