**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, we have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a Warehouse Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our team You will have full autonomy to run and maintain our Warehouse in **Heathwood**. Additionally, this role holds various responsibilities ranging from performing warehouse activities including receipt and dispatch of all spare parts and equipment, administration, managing inventory, ensuring all spare parts, equipment and materials are sourced and stocked in optimal quantities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage equipment movement to ensure that inventory is accurate
- Ensure the visual inspection of equipment on arrival for damages
- Support with various logistics and asset management activities
- Ensure all parts numbers are consumed correctly on paperwork
- Minor refurbishment of equipment to Asahi standards
- Ensure all recycling and waste management procedures are followed
- Support the service managers with equipment audits, warehouse checks and maintaining the relevant equipment and gas registers
- Work with service technicians to maintain a clean and safe environment
**About You**
- Previous administration or inventory experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated history of problems solving or continuous process improvement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Solid Microsoft Office suite skills
- Able to facilitate departmental meetings and workshops
- A self starter that holds themselves and others to account
- Forklift Licence an advantage but not essential
- SAP experience desirable
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong working relationships
