Management Accountant Role Summary
In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, statements, and cash flow forecasts in collaboration with senior leadership.
* Provide timely and actionable financial insights through weekly forecasts and monthly reporting, complete with variance analysis against budget targets.
* Maintain and enhance internal controls, financial reporting, and cash and credit management processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Analyse complex financial data to identify opportunities for growth, support business improvement initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations.
* Support external audits and follow up on audit actions to ensure compliance.
* Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
