About the Role – Shape the Future of Modular Design
This is more than a design job — it's a rare opportunity to lead, inspire, and make your mark on a business that's changing the way modular buildings are delivered.
Based at our Luscombe, national head office, you'll take ownership of all design, drafting, and estimating functions across a wide variety of projects.
From concept design through to fabrication drawings and site plans, you'll drive compliance, buildability, and quality at every stage.
Leading a skilled team of designers, estimators, and detailers, you'll foster collaboration, mentor future leaders, and set the benchmark for design excellence in modular construction.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor the Design & Estimating team, driving innovation and technical excellence
Oversee project design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability
Manage team resources and workflows to deliver multiple projects on time
Stay ahead of industry standards, codes, and software tools (Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD)
Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions
What You'll Bring
Significant experience in design and estimating management within building/construction
Strong technical knowledge of NCC/BCA, codes of practice, and Australian Standards
Proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience in modular building design (highly regarded)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional organisational skills
