Responsibilities
Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
Install and configure new equipment and software
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role
Enthusiastic and willing to learn individual who wants to expand their career with the team
Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of problems
Ability to work independently or within a team environment
Must have a valid drivers licence
Preferred if you have White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check and a valid Police Check
Qualified or just about to receive certification in Carpentry
