Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
The Thomas Hogan Rehabilitation Centre has permanent ANUM positions available for Registered Nurses who would like the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills. Applicants must have a current registration, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to relate to patients, family members and our multidisciplinary team. Current acute and sub-acute experience is desirable.
This position provides an opportunity to gain leadership skills and experience by leading a dynamic group of nurses who engage in multidisciplinary care to promote optimal health outcomes for all patients.
