Role
Reporting into the CPO, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver excellent hiring outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping talent strategies, enhancing employer brand, and continuously improving recruitment processes. You will manage end to end recruitment across corporate and client facing functions as well as partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring advice. You will proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across competitive markets.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role at a senior level, ideally with experience within professional services or a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge.
* Demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing and pipeline development; commercially minded with a data-led approach.
