Speech Pathology Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver holistic, person-centred services across Aged Care, NDIS, and Primary Health Care programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and be recognised as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) through Speech Pathology Australia, or be eligible to obtain certification prior to commencement.
* Providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of communication, language, swallowing, feeding, cognitive-communication, and respiratory disorders
* Developing and implementing effective mealtime management plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and clinical staff
* Delivering individual and group therapy programs addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties
* Supporting consumers and families through education and training about communication strategies and swallowing safety
* Participating in multidisciplinary care planning, goal setting, and discharge planning to support coordinated, holistic care
This role works across our organisation's Aged Care, NDIS, and Primary Health Care programs and provides both clinic-based and community-based services.
