* Collaborate with founders and fellow pioneer coaches to grow this thing into something legendary
* Get featured as a founding coach—your face, your story, front and center in our launch
* 3+ years of career coaching magic with receipts (aka proven results)
* Certified coach (ICF, CPCC, or equivalent)—bonus points for fancy letters after your name
* Entrepreneurial DNA—you get excited by chaos, possibility, and building something new
* A personal brand or network you're ready to bring along for the ride
* Tech-savvy enough to navigate a mobile app without calling your nephew
* Genuinely passionate about making career coaching accessible to everyone, not just the elite
