Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Support Officer to provide expert administrative and operational assistance to senior executives.
You will oversee the effective management of operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and documentation such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate diaries and appointment schedules and arrange business travel;
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the efficient coordination of meetings, events, and communications;
* Prepare high-quality documents such as reports, presentations, briefing papers, and correspondence;
* Act as meeting coordinator for various committees and project groups, as required.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience working in administration, particularly at a senior level. You will possess exceptional planning and organisational skills, ability to work proactively, utilise initiative and discretion, and make decisions where appropriate.
You will also have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organisational skills in providing a high level of customer service, managing time effectively while maximising productivity, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
