Summary
HEH Civil is a Queensland-based civil construction company delivering projects across the state. We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to support our office and project teams in from our Richlands office. This role suits someone with strong administration skills who enjoys structure, accuracy, and supporting a busy operational environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide general office and administrative support
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Data entry and maintenance of electronic and hard‐copy records
* Document control and filing
* Assist with project administration and reporting
* Prepare correspondence, forms, and internal documents
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office requirements
* Support HR administration and onboarding documentation
* Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in an administration or office support role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Workbench is advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Professional, reliable, and team-focused
* Experience in construction or a similar environment is advantageous
