About the role
Total remuneration package from $208,400 - $245,773. This is a total remuneration package inclusive of superannuation, optional packaged motor vehicle and all other benefits.
The Director, Sourcing & Tender Negotiations provides strategic procurement leadership to the Sourcing and Tender Negotiations team, managing sourcing and supplier engagement, contract delivery and risk management strategies across a portfolio of categories to ensure the organisation attains the best value in the goods and services required to enable achievement of its goals. The role also coordinates the overall supplier analytics and spend cube for the Strategic Procurement Command.
The role leads the procurement function, including development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, procurement, contracting and supply management strategies, and operations processes to ensure the organisation attains the best value in the goods and services required to enable achievement of its goals.

Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must meet one of the following statuses:
* a permanent resident of Australia;
* a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
