This role is suited for an individual with prior administration experience seeking a chance to progress into a Practice Executive (Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary) position.


About the Role

As an Administration Support Specialist, you will provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across various tasks within the office. You will work closely with Senior Executives, Lawyers & Associates to offer day-to-day administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance across diverse tasks.
* Support Senior Executives, Lawyers & Associates with daily needs.
* Assist with document preparation, management and coordination.
* Manage meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous administration experience.

* Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
