LVR/CPR Trainer (Casual or Permanent Roles)
Coal Train is seeking an experienced and motivated LVR/CPR Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic training team. This role is based in Yeppoon (Qld) with potential to deliver in Emerald and onsite within Central Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about safety, quality delivery, and supporting learners to build vital life‑saving skills. You'll deliver HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel, primarily at our Yeppoon Training Facility, with occasional travel to Emerald and client sites.

* Deliver high‑quality, compliant LVR and CPR training in line with Coal Train's RTO standards.
* Ensure engaging and practical learning experiences that meet industry expectations.
* Maintain accurate records of assessment and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Flexible work options available – casual or contract engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
* Trainers and Assessors must hold the credentials specified within the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) current at the time of assessment, including:
o Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
o Current industry skills directly relevant to the ESI/Electrical sector.
* Current LVR and CPR certification.
* Industry experience in electrical or energy sectors.
* TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not mandatory; we can upskill you to these qualifications).
