Our team delivers exceptional customer service and support to customers who are vulnerable or may be experiencing financial hardship. Navigating through the unique and individual circumstances of each enquiry with empathy and quality support to maximise positive solutions for everyone. You will earn $***** per hour.
After completing a 5‑day full‑time client training program, you will respond to enquiries via email or phone, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

* Operational hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm
* Ballarat Delivery Centre – onsite parking included

Who Are We Looking For?
You believe quality customer service and achieving positive outcomes is paramount when dealing with customers. Your care, empathy and communication style naturally allow you to develop trusting relationships quickly with a wide variety of audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
* Customer Service: Call Centre experience a must; collections experience highly desirable.
* Tech‑savvy problem solver – navigate multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment with ease.
* Dedicated professional – achieve targets and KPIs with enthusiasm and integrity.
* Compliance ready – must have full working rights in Australia, be at least 18 years old, and pass background checks.
* Interpersonal skills – high level, including demonstrated verbal & written communication skills necessary to communicate effectively at all levels.
